How this one is put together

Neoprene shoulder pad

The removable pad measures 13.4 inches long and 0.9 inches thick. We formed the core from high-density cushioning wrapped in breathable neoprene, adding a non-slip underside that grips your coat without bunching your shirt.

Twin adjuster buckles

We placed alloy adjusters on both ends of the 1.5 inch wide webbing. You can shorten or extend either side independently, so the pad stays put while the overall span shifts from 38 to 60 inches.

Wide swivel hardware

The alloy snap hooks rotate a full 360 degrees to prevent line twists. We opened the hook gate to 0.35 inches, making it easy to clip onto thick D-rings on tool bags, briefcases, and heavy luggage.

Dense black webbing

We chose a tight nylon weave that feels smooth against clothing while handling heavy loads. The black yarn hides garage dust and airport grime, and you can spot clean the strap with a damp cloth.
