Sending a ZINZ piece back

The wrong screen size or a strap that came up short. What the process looks like and who handles it.

Returns run through the partner

You bought the bag from our retail partner, so a return goes back the way it came. Their returns process covers it, on their window and their conditions, started from the order in your account with them.

How it goes

  • Open the order with the partner and start a return against it. The reason you pick decides the options you are offered.
  • They tell you how the item travels back and what, if anything, that costs. Those terms are theirs and can differ by item.
  • Money goes back to the card or account that paid, on the partner's timing, because they took the payment.
  • Keep the packaging until you are sure of the fit. A bag that has been through a commute is a different item to inspect.

The two returns we see most

A screen size that did not fit and a strap that came up short. Both are measuring problems, and both are avoidable: measure the closed laptop across and down rather than trusting the diagonal, and measure a strap end to end rather than across your body. The road book has a note on each.

If the piece itself is faulty

Start the return with the partner, because that is the only route the item can travel. Then write to us at [email protected] with a photograph of what failed and roughly how long you had it. We cannot settle the money side from here, but a zip that splits in week two is a stitching decision we made, and we want to see it. Faults that repeat change the pattern.
