One address, read by the bench

Write to [email protected]. Questions about a screen size, a strap length, a hook style or how a coating behaves reach the people who set those numbers, not a script.

What we can answer well

• Whether a given machine goes into a given pocket, if you send the closed width, depth and height in inches or millimetres.
• What a strap measures end to end, how long the fixed pad is, and which hook style it terminates in.
• Whether a pack has a pass-through sleeve, an expansion gusset, a USB pass-through port, or an inward-facing zip layout.
• How a coated shell behaves in practice and what wears it off fastest.

What we cannot do from here

We do not take payment, hold stock, pack parcels or move an order along, because none of that happens on this site. Anything to do with an order that already exists - where it is, when it lands, changing it, sending it back - belongs to our retail partner, and their message centre will get you an answer far faster than we can.

If you have already written to them and are stuck, tell us what happened anyway. We cannot move the parcel, but a pattern of the same complaint is the kind of thing that changes what we cut next.

Reply times

One bench, working hours, weekdays. A question with measurements in it gets a straight answer the same day or the next. A question that needs a bag pulled off the shelf and measured takes longer, and we will say so rather than guess at you.

Where the letters land

That is an office floor in a trade building, and it is worth saying plainly what it is not. There is no counter behind that door, no rail of bags to look through and nothing to try on your shoulders. Turning up in person gets you a lobby and a lift, and no more than that.

Letters reach us there and are read. A parcel does not: anything going back to a bag belongs with our retail partner, on the return their system opens for you, and a box arriving at this address only gets stuck in a mail room.
