How a ZINZ order reaches you
Our bags travel through one large retail partner. Here is what that means for the parcel on its way to you.
Who moves the parcel
Our retail partner does. When you press a buy button here you land on their listing, and from that point the order, the packing and the carrier are theirs. We do not hold stock on this site and we do not put anything in a box.
What that means in practice
- The delivery estimate that counts is the one shown on the partner listing at checkout, against your own postcode.
- Speed, carrier and any delivery charge are set by the partner and by the option you choose there, not by us.
- Tracking, delivery notifications and redelivery are handled inside your account with the partner.
- A membership or a promotion you hold with them applies exactly as it would on any other listing.
Why we do not print a table here
Because any table we printed would be a copy of someone else's, out of date the week after. Delivery options differ by address, by item, by time of year and by what you have signed up to. The partner page knows all of that about you. This page does not.
If a parcel goes wrong
Raise it with the partner first. Their record has the order number, the carrier reference and the delivery scan, and they are the only ones who can act on any of it. We have none of those things.
Then, if the fault is with the bag rather than the journey - a zip that arrived splitting, a seam that let go in the first week - tell us as well at [email protected]. That is a cutting-room problem and we want it.
