How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We layered memory foam, breathable mesh, and soft neoprene inside a 12.6-inch sleeve. Because we stitch it directly in place, the pad cannot slide down the webbing when you lift or swing your bag.

Dual balance buckles

Two separate slider buckles allow adjustment from both ends. You can lengthen or shorten either side independently, which keeps the thick pad resting evenly over your shoulder even after shifting a heavy load.

Aluminum alloy swivels

The solid aluminum alloy clasp rotates a full 360 degrees to prevent the webbing from twisting. We widened the hook gate so it snaps onto thick luggage D-rings and molded hardware without jamming.

Braided nylon weave

We chose a tight superfine fiber nylon weave measuring 1.5 inches across. The dark gray surface feels soft in hand, holds firm against heavy friction, and handles gear weights up to fifty kilograms.
