We braided this replacement strap from fine-fiber nylon webbing rated to 50 kilograms. The striped BRB pattern adds crisp contrast against dark luggage fabric without showing daily dirt. Memory foam, ventilated mesh, and neoprene are stitched directly into the center so the cushion stays put while both sides adjust around it.

How this one is put together

Fixed center pad

We stitched the 12.6 inch pad directly to the webbing to stop it sliding along the tape. Layered memory foam, neoprene, and breathable mesh cushion heavy bags against collarbones during long walks through terminals.

Dual side adjusters

Two separate slide buckles let you shorten or extend each tail independently. This keeps the thick pad centered over your shoulder while dialing overall length from 37 inches to 59 inches.

Aluminum alloy swivels

The solid aluminum alloy swivel snap hooks rotate 360 degrees to prevent strap twist. We cut wide hook gates with anti-off snap rings that clip cleanly over thick luggage D-rings.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5 inch wide braided nylon tape feels soft in the hand but handles loads up to 50 kilograms. The woven red, black, and neutral stripes hide wear and clean easily with a damp rag.
