We built this pair of 3D cushion pads to slide onto heavily loaded webbing. Measuring 8.5 inches long by 3.1 inches wide with a 1.3 inch depth, each pad wraps securely around tactical vest carriers, sling bags, or backpack straps. The deep matte black finish matches standard issue gear and hides grit well.

How this one is put together

Molded 3D cushion core

Raised contouring spreads downward weight across the collarbone rather than focusing force along a thin line. The internal 1.3 inch padding takes the bite out of weighted plate carriers or loaded gear packs.

Hook and loop closure

A full-length adhesive hook and loop channel secures each pad around webbing up to 3 inches wide. You open the wrap flat, align your strap, and press the grip down firmly without removing buckles.

Breathable contact layer

The underside fabric wicks sweat away and lets trapped heat vent through the channel gaps during long wear. It softens constant friction against your shirt while keeping the rig planted on your shoulder.

Washing and care

These pads handle machine washing when sweat and dirt accumulate from field use. Fasten the hook and loop strips flat before washing on a gentle cycle, then let them air dry on the bench.

Check the hardware on the bag you already own before ordering. Our fittings need a D-ring or the equivalent loop, and a sewn-in webbing tab will not take a swivel hook however strong the strap is.
