How this one is put together

Fixed memory foam pad

We layered memory foam, breathable mesh, and soft neoprene directly into the center of the strap. The 12.6 inch pad remains fixed in place, protecting your collarbone without bunching or sliding down the webbing while you walk.

Dual adjustment buckles

Twin balance buckles allow you to adjust the strap length between 37 inches and 58 inches from both sides. This keeps the thick shoulder cushion centered regardless of your height or how low you wear the bag.

Braided nylon webbing

The main 1.5 inch strap uses superfine braided nylon fibers that stay supple to the touch while rated to carry up to 50 kilograms. The army green yarn resists fraying around the stitched edges under heavy friction.

Aluminum alloy swivels

We fitted custom aluminum alloy hardware with a wide gate opening that clips smoothly onto thick D-rings. The clasps rotate a full 360 degrees so the strap lies flat without twisting as you swing the bag.
