How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We layered memory foam, breathable mesh, and neoprene into a 12.6 inch pad that is stitched directly into position. It sits flat on the collarbone without sliding along the strap.

Dual balanced adjustment

Adjusters on both sides let you pull webbing evenly from each end between 37 and 58 inches. The hardware locks under load and keeps the padded section centered.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5 inch wide braided nylon handles up to 50 kilograms of gear. The red center stripe sits between clean black edges to break up plain dark bag panels.

Swivel alloy hardware

Cast aluminum alloy snap hooks rotate a full 360 degrees so the strap does not twist during a commute. The wide mouth clips cleanly over thick D-rings.
