How this one is put together

Fixed memory foam cushion

We stitched the shoulder pad directly in place so it cannot wander along the webbing. The cushion combines memory foam, neoprene, and breathable mesh across a 12.6 inch length to spread heavy bag weight across your collarbone.

Dual balancing buckles

Buckles on both sides allow you to shorten or extend the strap from 37 inches up to 58 inches. Adjusting both tails keeps the fixed pad centered on your shoulder while preventing the webbing from slipping under load.

Aluminum alloy swivel hooks

The metal snap hooks are cast from aluminum alloy and rotate 360 degrees to prevent twists. We cut a wider opening at the gate so clipping onto thick luggage D-rings or heavy tool bags takes minimal effort.

Braided nylon webbing

We selected a 1.5 inch wide nylon braid made with superfine fibers for a soft hand that resists fraying. The gray weave handles loads up to 50 kg without stretching out, and wipes clean with a damp cloth.
