How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We stitch the 12.6 inch pad directly to the strap. It layers dense memory foam, breathable mesh, and neoprene to spread the load across your collarbone without bunching or sliding down the webbing during a long walk.

Dual adjustment slides

Sliders on both ends let you set the overall length between 37 and 58 inches. Adjusting from both sides keeps the thick cushion sitting square on top of your shoulder instead of pulling unevenly toward one side.

Woven striped webbing

The 1.5 inch wide webbing uses fine nylon fibers braided in brown, white, and grey bands. The weave feels smooth against wool coats, resists fraying at the edges, and handles daily loads up to fifty kilograms.

Aluminum swivel hooks

We cast the snap hooks from rigid aluminum alloy with full 360-degree rotation. The wide jaw opening clips onto thick D-rings without binding, preventing the webbing from twisting up when you sling the bag over your shoulder.
