How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder pad

We stitch the 12.6 inch pad directly in place. It layers memory foam, neoprene, and breathable mesh to spread load across a 2.8 inch width, so the padding stays centered without you pulling it back up.

Dual slider balance

Two aluminum alloy buckles let you shorten or lengthen the webbing from either end. This design keeps the pad centered while setting the total run between 37 inches and 58 inches to suit different body heights.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5 inch strap uses tight superfine fiber braiding tested to hold up to 50 kilograms. It feels smooth against clothing, resists fraying at the edges, and wipes clean with a damp rag after daily commuting.

Swivel snap hooks

Solid aluminum alloy hooks rotate a full 360 degrees to keep the strap from twisting. We gave them a wide gate opening so you can clip them onto thick D-rings on messenger bags, briefcases, or gym duffels.
