How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We stitch the 12.6 inch pad directly to the strap center. A core of memory foam, neoprene, and ventilated mesh distributes heavy weight across your collarbone so you never need to chase a sliding pad along the webbing.

Dual balanced buckles

Two adjustment slides let you tighten or lengthen the nylon webbing from both ends. This keeps the thick shoulder pad exactly where you set it on top of your shoulder, even when carrying heavy briefcases or tool bags.

Aluminum alloy hooks

The spring clips are cast from solid aluminum alloy with full 360 degree rotation. We gave them a wide gate opening to snap onto thick D-rings without catching or binding under loads up to fifty kilograms.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5 inch wide band uses fine fiber nylon braiding that stays soft against clothing while resisting fraying. In the Black Rose finish, the dark print masks surface dust and scuffs from daily commutes.
