Fixed 3D cushion

We anchor the high-density sponge pad directly to the webbing. It cannot slide down your back when you lift a loaded briefcase, keeping the breathable air channels centered on your shoulder blade.

Dual balance clasps

Adjusters sit on both sides of the center pad rather than one end. You can shorten or lengthen the strap from 41 to 59 inches while keeping the cushioned section balanced right where you want it.

Aluminum alloy hooks
