We built this 78-inch strap specifically for taller frames, sized for individuals five foot eleven and taller. The dense nylon webbing carries a thin red edge stripe that marks the perimeter without shouting under indoor lights. It gives larger messenger bags and loaded travel duffels plenty of drop room across the chest.

How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder pad

The pad combines Oxford cloth, dense sponge core, and non-slip neoprene stitched down at both ends with silicone anchors. It stays centered over your collarbone rather than sliding down the webbing when you lift the bag.

Dual balance buckles

Two alloy adjusters let you pull slack from both directions. This keeps the thick cushioning centered on your shoulder while preventing the strap from slipping out of adjustment under a heavy carry load.

Alloy swivel hooks

We cast the lobster clasps from solid aluminum alloy to handle loads up to 50 kg without bending. The hardware swivels smoothly on its base to stop the wide webbing from twisting during transit.

Long reach webbing

Woven from tear-resistant high-density nylon, the webbing extends from 43 inches out to 78 inches. It fits deep crossbody drops on laptop bags, heavy gym kit, and oversized gear cases.

Before you commit

Check the hardware on the bag you already own before ordering. Our fittings need a D-ring or the equivalent loop, and a sewn-in webbing tab will not take a swivel hook however strong the strap is.
