We built this 68-inch strap to replace thin, worn-out webbing on heavy haulers. The deep black nylon webbing matches dark luggage cloth and hides scuffs from daily use. Dual adjustment sliders let you pull webbing from both ends so the thick shoulder pad stays anchored right on your collarbone.

How this one is put together

Centered balance pad

We layered neoprene, elastic sponge, and a water-resistant leather top panel into a thick fixed cushion. Because the strap adjusts on both ends, you balance the pad in place without it sliding down your chest.

Tear-resistant webbing

We weave the strap from high-density nylon yarn that resists fraying along the edges. The total reach extends from 45 inches up to 68 inches, accommodating tall frames and bulky coats.

Alloy swivel hardware

The snap hooks and adjusters are cast from solid aluminum alloy with a clean black finish. The hardware swivels smoothly to prevent twisted webbing and carries loads up to 50 kilograms.

Broad hardware fit

We sized the spring-loaded gate to snap cleanly onto standard D-rings. It clips directly onto briefcases, messenger cases, travel duffels, tool bags, and camera packs without binding.
