How this one is put together

Expanding perimeter gusset

Unzip the outer track to release the pleated side walls. The bag expands to twice its flat depth so you can load a jacket, lunch container, and your power brick into the main cavity.

Padded velvet computer pocket

The dedicated device sleeve takes computers from 14 to 16 inches. We lined the interior with plush velvet to protect notebook shells from rubs and grit while you walk.

Stowable shoulder harness

Tuck the shoulder straps into the large rear compartment when you want a clean briefcase silhouette. That back slip pocket also holds flat notebooks and A4 paperwork when the straps are deployed.

Spill resistant outer shell

We chose a tight polyester weave that sheds light rain and accidental coffee splashes. The fabric resists street dust and wipes clean with a damp rag at the end of the week.

Before you commit

Hold a ruler across your own screen corner to corner before you decide. This one is cut for 14, 15, 15.6, 16 inches, and a machine with a thick bezel can eat that margin on its own. The expansion zip buys depth, not width, so a wider chassis still will not go in.
