How this one is put together

Expansion gusset

One continuous zipper track widens the main section by more than three inches. In slim mode the pack stays close to your spine, but releasing the perimeter zip lets you pack a change of clothes for an overnight stay.

Padded computer pocket

The dedicated device compartment measures 16.5 by 11.4 inches to house larger work machines. Thick foam lining covers the back panel and base to keep the edges of your hardware off the floor.

Coated exterior panels

Synthetic leather pairs with heavy polyester cloth to ward off light rain and splashes. The gray shell hides everyday scuffs while the orange trim brightens the profile, wiping clean easily with a damp rag after transit.

Sixteen pocket layout

We mapped out sixteen separate storage slots across the interior and exterior walls. A chest strap stabilizes the shoulder harness while the flat top handle lets you hoist the bag without straining the main seams.

Before you commit

Hold a ruler across your own screen corner to corner before you decide. This one is cut for 15.6, 16, 17 inches, and a machine with a thick bezel can eat that margin on its own. The expansion zip buys depth, not width, so a wider chassis still will not go in.
