We stitch these replacement pads to wrap over stiff webbing on messenger bags, guitar cases, and travel packs. At 33 centimeters long, each pad covers the collarbone down past the shoulder curve. The Camouflage 2 print breaks up plain nylon straps and hides dust from daily use.

How this one is put together

Memory foam core

A core of 1.5 centimeter thick memory foam spreads the weight of heavy loads. The foam compresses slowly under luggage straps without packing down flat, softening sharp pressure points along the shoulder.

Breathable neoprene lining

The underside combines elastic neoprene and perforated air foam. This dual-layer construction wicks away sweat during humid commutes, keeping the fabric breathable against your shirt and absorbing shocks as you walk.

Hook and loop closure

Full-length velcro runs along the seam so you can wrap the pad around existing fabric straps up to 7 centimeters wide. It fastens tight, preventing the cushion from sliding back and forth while carrying.

Washable build

Toss these pads in the washing machine when they collect grime from outdoor travel. The tough fabric shell and internal foam hold their shape through standard wash cycles without bunching or thinning out.

Before you commit

Check the hardware on the bag you already own before ordering. Our fittings need a D-ring or the equivalent loop, and a sewn-in webbing tab will not take a swivel hook however strong the strap is.
