How this one is put together

Layered core padding

We laminate memory foam over an elastic neoprene base and an air foam layer. The stack absorbs sudden shocks when a loaded bag bounces, spreading the weight across the shoulder instead of pinching a single narrow line.

Grip against clothing

The underside uses an anti-slip texture that bites gently into shirts and jackets. It stops your strap from sliding down your arm when you walk, keeping the cushion centered over your collarbone where the load belongs.

Hook and loop wrap

Long hook and loop strips run the full length of the casing. You wrap the sleeve over your existing strap, press it closed, and adjust the tension until it holds firm without bunching the webbing underneath.

Wash and care

When sweat builds up after hot commutes, pull the pads off the strap and run them through a standard washing machine cycle. The synthetic shell dries fast and keeps its shape without flattening the foam core.

Check the hardware on the bag you already own before ordering. Our fittings need a D-ring or the equivalent loop, and a sewn-in webbing tab will not take a swivel hook however strong the strap is.
