How this one is put together

Layered core padding

We laminate memory foam over elastic air foam to absorb road vibration. The core measures 2.5 centimeters thick and 8 centimeters wide, spreading load across the shoulder without bottoming out under packed luggage.

Hook and loop grip

Full-length velcro flaps wrap around bare fabric straps on laptop cases, duffels, and camera carry. You open the sleeve, center the webbing, and press the seam shut for a firm hold that will not slide sideways.

Breathable contact face

The underside uses textured, sweat-wicking neoprene that grips your jacket shoulder to stop strap creep. The material breathes under daily carry and resists sliding even on smooth nylon outerwear.

Care and brown finish

The earthy brown face hides transit grime and scrapes better than light shades. When the pads collect dust from frequent travel, run them through a gentle machine wash cycle and dry them flat on the bench.

Check the hardware on the bag you already own before ordering. Our fittings need a D-ring or the equivalent loop, and a sewn-in webbing tab will not take a swivel hook however strong the strap is.
