How this one is put together

Memory foam core

We cut the internal padding from dense memory foam that measures 2.5 cm thick. It compresses under heavy loads to distribute the weight across your collarbone, then springs back once you set the bag down.

Neoprene and air foam

The outer sleeve combines elastic neoprene with breathable air foam layers. This build absorbs shocks as you walk and helps move sweat away from your shoulder, keeping the contact patch dry throughout the day.

Hook and loop closure

Full-length velcro runs along the side seam so you can wrap the pad tightly around different strap widths. It opens flat, wraps around your carry strap, and seals closed without needing to unthread any hardware.

Anti-slip base and care

The underside uses textured lining to keep the pad from sliding off your shoulder when you lean forward. When the fabric collects dust or grime, you can place both pads in a standard washing machine.
