How this one is put together

Memory foam core

Inside each pad sits a cushion twenty-five millimeters thick. The dense foam spreads point loads across your shoulder when a travel pack or tool bag gets heavy, springing back once you take the load off.

Neoprene and airflow

We layered elastic neoprene over breathable air foam along the underside. The textured surface wicks sweat away on hot commutes, keeping the strap steady instead of sliding down your jacket.

Full velcro closure

A broad hook-and-loop flap runs the full length of the casing. It wraps tightly around narrow webbing or wide eight-centimeter straps, holding firm without bunching up under tension.

Washing and care

The synthetic exterior holds up to repeated friction against heavy canvas and nylon webbing. When the pads gather grit from travel, run them through a regular machine wash cycle and let them air dry.
