We built this 33 cm replacement pad to take the bite out of heavy webbing straps. Memory foam sits inside an elastic neoprene wrap, giving your collarbone a broad, 2.5 cm cushion under a loaded messenger or travel bag. The Army Green tone reads muted on the street and pairs naturally with waxed canvas or dark nylon carry.

How this one is put together

Memory foam core

Inside the sleeve we layered thick memory foam with an air foam core. The cushion compresses slowly under weight, spreading pressure evenly across 8 cm of width instead of letting a thin strap dig in.

Neoprene underside

The bottom face uses elastic neoprene that grips your jacket to keep the pad from sliding around. It also lets air move through, wicking moisture away when you carry a pack across town in warm weather.

Hook and loop fit

Full-length fasteners open flat so you can wrap the pad over existing webbing up to 2.8 inches wide. You do not need to unthread buckles on guitar straps, duffles, or laptop messengers to mount it.

Care and maintenance

We stitched the edges with durable binding to survive daily friction. When the fabric picks up road dust or sweat, toss the entire pad directly into the washing machine on a gentle cycle to clean it.

Before you commit

Check the hardware on the bag you already own before ordering. Our fittings need a D-ring or the equivalent loop, and a sewn-in webbing tab will not take a swivel hook however strong the strap is.
