We cut this replacement pad thirty-three centimeters long to spread load across the collarbone. Inside, layered memory foam and ventilated neoprene take the bite out of heavy webbing. How this one is put together

Double layer core

We layered dense memory foam over an elastic air-foam base to absorb shock under load. The build measures two and a half centimeters thick, softening the pinch of loaded camera bags and luggage straps without collapsing flat over time.

Hook and loop sleeve

Full-length velcro runs down the underside so you can wrap the pad over existing webbing without unthreading hardware. It fits fabric straps up to 2.8 inches wide, seating flat against guitar slings and wide utility duffel handles.

Ventilated contact side

The underside uses textured neoprene that wicks moisture away and grips your shirt to stop sliding. It stays cool through humid commutes and washes clean in a machine cycle when road dirt builds up along the edges.

Visible yellow shell

Bright yellow nylon protects the top surface from daily friction against door frames and car seats. The weave wipes down easily with a damp cloth and will not fade after seasons of regular shoulder carry.
