We build this pair of replacement cushions to distribute heavy haul weight across the collarbone. Each pad measures 21.5 cm long, 8 cm wide, and 2.5 cm thick to slide directly over webbing up to two inches across. The solid black finish stays unobtrusive on luggage, work bags, and tactical straps.

How this one is put together

Double layer core

We layered elastic neoprene over memory foam and air foam to absorb shocks while carrying. The combination wicks sweat away from the collarbone and yields gently under load without flattening out completely.

Secure hook and loop

Full-length fasteners run along the underside to wrap firmly around the strap. You can detach the pads quickly when swapping between a camera rig, a guitar case, or a loaded pack.

Understated black shell

The deep black neoprene exterior does not show grease or rub marks from daily use. It sits clean against dark webbing and blends directly into tactical gear or laptop messengers.

Washable construction

The non-slip backing grips your shirt to stop the load from sliding off the shoulder. When the pads collect dust and sweat after long travel days, run them through a gentle machine wash.

Before you commit

Check the hardware on the bag you already own before ordering. Our fittings need a D-ring or the equivalent loop, and a sewn-in webbing tab will not take a swivel hook however strong the strap is.
