How this one is put together

Memory foam core

We cut the internal core twenty-five millimeters thick using slow-recovery memory foam. It shapes to your shoulder slope under load, softening the downward pull of loaded packs, guitar bags, or tactical vests.

Dual layer airflow

The underside combines elastic neoprene with open-cell air foam. This sandwich absorbs sudden shocks while moving moisture away from your shirt on warm days, keeping the contact patch dry.

Wrap closure fit

Hook-and-loop flaps run the full 21.5 centimeter length of the pad. You wrap them over existing webbing up to wide pack straps, securing the cushion firmly so it stays put.

Washing and care

Dust brushes off the khaki face cleanly after outdoor use. When sweat builds up over long miles, throw both pads into a standard machine wash cycle to refresh the foam.
