How this one is put together

Moulded air foam core

We cut the inner core from dense air foam to absorb shocks from heavy packs. The 1.2 inch profile spreads weight across the collarbone rather than letting a thin strap dig into one narrow line.

Dual-side grip granules

Both outer faces carry raised rubber granules. They grip your shirt fabric on one side and lock onto the webbing strap on the other, stopping the pad from sliding down your shoulder while walking.

Breathable elastic cover

The outer shell uses a soft, elastic fabric designed to wick moisture away during long commutes. It flexes naturally around your shoulder contour without bunching or pinching the skin.

Strap width capacity

At 3.15 inches wide, the sleeve accommodates luggage, duffle, crossbody, or guitar straps up to 2.6 inches across. You slide your existing strap through the tunnel to add instant padding.

Before you commit

Check the hardware on the bag you already own before ordering. Our fittings need a D-ring or the equivalent loop, and a sewn-in webbing tab will not take a swivel hook however strong the strap is.
