How this one is put together

Fixed cushion section

We stitch the thick padded cushion directly into place on the webbing. It stays put on your collarbone instead of sliding down the webbing when you lift a heavy briefcase or tool kit.

Dual balanced adjustment

Buckles on both ends adjust the overall run between 43 inches and 79 inches. Pulling slack from either side keeps the central pad balanced without bunching the excess nylon.

Cast aluminum swivel hooks

The metal snap hooks rotate a full 360 degrees to prevent strap twists. We shaped the alloy gates with a wider mouth to clip cleanly onto thick luggage D-rings.

Woven camouflage webbing

The dense green pattern takes daily friction without fraying at the borders. Soft finish nylon sits flat against a collar or jacket and wipes clean with a damp rag.
