How this one is put together

Fixed cushion pad

The thick cushion is stitched directly into place along the center webbing so it cannot slide down your back. Breathable fabric underneath helps disperse moisture when you carry heavy loads through a long commute.

Dual balanced adjustment

Two side adjusters let you dial the total reach from 43 inches up to 79 inches. Adjusting both sides keeps the padded section centered while preventing the webbing from creeping under load.

Alloy swivel hooks

We cast the hardware from an aluminum alloy rated to hold 18 kilograms. The gates open wide enough to clip onto thick D-rings, and the full 360-degree swivel stops the strap from twisting.

Woven stripe webbing

The nylon webbing is smooth against shirts and resists fraying along the edges. The blue and white stripe reads cleanly under indoor lighting and wipes down easily with a damp cloth.
