How this one is put together

Perimeter foam ridge

Low-rebound foam lines the entire laptop compartment. We added a raised protective ridge along the zipper path to keep the metal teeth away from the edges of your computer when the case closes tight.

Expansion track

The center gusset lets the base expand from 1.57 inches out to 3.74 inches of usable depth. It stays flat when you carry only the computer, then widens when an umbrella or notebook goes inside.

Lining and pocket layout

Inside, diamond-stitched velvet lines the hardware section to protect polished aluminum lids. Ten separate internal pockets organize small cords, pens, and battery banks so they do not bump against the display.

Recycled oxford exterior

We weave the outer panel from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. The dense oxford finish resists daily scuffs, handles light rain without soaking through, and wipes clean with a damp cloth after a long trip.

Before you commit

Hold a ruler across your own screen corner to corner before you decide. This one is cut for 12.9, 13 inches, and a machine with a thick bezel can eat that margin on its own. The expansion zip buys depth, not width, so a wider chassis still will not go in.
