How this one is put together

Expanding gusset

Release the continuous outer zipper to widen the bag from 3.15 inches to 5.91 inches deep. This takes the internal capacity from 5.3 liters up to 10.2 liters for bulkier transit days.

Fleece device sleeve

The main laptop section pairs a shock-absorbing core with a soft fleece lining. It holds a 13 inch MacBook or 12.9 inch iPad without letting hard zipper teeth brush the aluminum shell.

Valuables organizer

One dedicated section opens flat to reveal twenty small pockets. We measured these slots specifically to hold payment cards, folded bills, a passport, and your phone without loose contents shifting around.

Weather protection

The exterior uses a hydrophobic polyester weave that sheds light rain before it can soak the seams. Dual carry options include reinforced top handles and an adjustable shoulder strap for daily transit.

Before you commit

Hold a ruler across your own screen corner to corner before you decide. This one is cut for 12.9, 13 inches, and a machine with a thick bezel can eat that margin on its own. The expansion zip buys depth, not width, so a wider chassis still will not go in.
