How this one is put together

Double capacity gusset

The perimeter zip opens a hidden fabric panel to take the interior volume from 5.3 liters to 10.2 liters. It lets you pack a change of clothes or a bulky charger alongside your computer without stretching the seams.

Before you commit

Hold a ruler across your own screen corner to corner before you decide. This one is cut for 12.9, 13 inches, and a machine with a thick bezel can eat that margin on its own. The expansion zip buys depth, not width, so a wider chassis still will not go in.
