How this one is put together

Spongia core padding

Inside each sleeve sits a 0.8 inch layer of dense spongia. It cushions the direct bite of nylon webbing when carrying heavier loads, compressing under weight and rebounding when you put the pack down.

Elastic wrap fabric

We selected an elastic outer fabric that wraps cleanly around the strap core. The material stays soft against the neck, resists surface fraying, and holds up to regular cycles in a standard washing machine.

Breathable contact layer

The underside pulls moisture away and allows air to move freely during long walks. It keeps heat from building up across your shoulders, staying dry even through humid days on the trail.

Camouflage gray finish

The camouflage gray pattern blends neutral charcoal and gray tones that mask dust and field scuffs. It mounts over most tactical vest harnesses and standard backpack webbing without shifting around.

Before you commit

Check the hardware on the bag you already own before ordering. Our fittings need a D-ring or the equivalent loop, and a sewn-in webbing tab will not take a swivel hook however strong the strap is.
