How this one is put together

Dense spongia cushion

Inside each pad sits a 0.8 inch core of spongia padding. It compresses slightly under load to disperse pressure along your collarbone, then rebounds when you drop the pack to the ground.

Breathable elastic shell

We wrap the core in durable elastic fabric that stretches around the internal foam without bunching up. The weave allows airflow across your shoulder while pulling moisture away during long marches in warm weather.

Fitting tactical webbing

The sleeve measures 1.2 inches thick in total and slides directly over tactical vests, chest rigs, and standard backpack harnesses. It grips fabric webbing securely so the cushion stays seated right where the load rests.

Khaki fabric care

The muted khaki tone hides dust and trail grit well on the bench. When the pads take on dirt and salt from heavy use, they drop straight into the washing machine for easy cleaning.

Before you commit

Check the hardware on the bag you already own before ordering. Our fittings need a D-ring or the equivalent loop, and a sewn-in webbing tab will not take a swivel hook however strong the strap is.
