How this one is put together

Memory foam core

We layer thick memory foam over shock-absorbing air foam to soften downward pull. At 2.5 centimeters deep, the padding compresses under heavy loads and returns to shape once you set the pack down.

Neoprene backing

The underside uses elastic neoprene with open-cell foam to wick sweat through warm commutes. It grips your shoulder fabric firmly, stopping the strap from sliding forward when you lean down.

Broad strap coverage

Each pad measures 33 centimeters long by 8 centimeters wide to shield the whole top of the shoulder. The fold-over hook-and-loop closure accepts bare webbing on laptop cases, duffels, and utility bags.

Woven stripe pattern

The red center stripe breaks up the black border and sits cleanly against dark coat fabrics. When the pads gather grime from road travel, you can run them through a gentle machine wash.

Before you commit

Check the hardware on the bag you already own before ordering. Our fittings need a D-ring or the equivalent loop, and a sewn-in webbing tab will not take a swivel hook however strong the strap is.
