How this one is put together

Double layer cushion

We build the core with thick memory foam and an air-foam layer. It absorbs shocks under heavy loads and distributes the weight across thirty-three centimeters of shoulder contact.

Neoprene wrap

The outer shell uses elastic neoprene that pulls sweat away and dries quickly. It stays soft against your neck while the textured underside keeps the pad from sliding around on your jacket.

Hook and loop closure

Full-length hook-and-loop fasteners wrap around existing webbing up to eight centimeters wide. You can peel them off one bag and wrap them onto guitar cases, duffels, or pack straps in seconds.

Care and maintenance

We built the stitching to handle routine machine washing when dirt collects from travel. Pop them in on a gentle cycle, lay them flat, and they snap right back to their original thickness.

Before you commit

Check the hardware on the bag you already own before ordering. Our fittings need a D-ring or the equivalent loop, and a sewn-in webbing tab will not take a swivel hook however strong the strap is.
