How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder padding

The thick cushion is stitched directly into position on the webbing. It cannot slide down the strap while you walk, spreading weight across the shoulder under heavy work loads.

Dual balance buckles

Two non-slip adjusters let you shorten or lengthen the strap from 37 inches up to 57 inches. The webbing holds its position without slipping under the pull of a loaded briefcase.

Twist-lock alloy hooks

Woven stripe webbing
