We built this 33-centimeter shoulder pad with thick memory foam to distribute weight across your collarbone. How this one is put together

Double layer core

We layered elastic neoprene over memory foam to build a 2.5-centimeter cushion. It compresses under heavy luggage to absorb shocks while letting air move through the lining to manage sweat on warmer days.

Full shoulder coverage

At 33 centimeters long and 8 centimeters wide, the pad spans past the crest of your shoulder. This broad footprint stops narrow webbing on laptop bags and guitar cases from digging into your neck.

Hook and loop grip

The underside uses textured, slip-resistant material to keep the pad seated on heavy wool coats or smooth shell jackets. You can detach the wrap in seconds to shift it between different shoulder bags.

Washing and edge detail

Tough orange binding reinforces the perimeter against fraying along strap edges. When the pad gathers grit after daily commuting, drop it straight into a gentle cycle in the washing machine.
