We built these replacement pads to take the bite out of loaded webbing. Each piece measures 8.9 inches long by 3.2 inches wide, wrapping cleanly around standard two-inch straps. The camo green pattern breaks up dust and field scuffs under direct sun.

How this one is put together

Thick foam core

We run a 0.8 inch slab of dense spongia inside each pad. It spreads direct downforce across your collarbone and absorbs sudden shocks when you move with a heavy load.

Elastic wrap construction

The outer shell uses a flexible, durable elastic fabric stitched to fit webbing up to 2.36 inches wide. When dirty, drop both pads in a standard wash cycle.

Airflow and sweat control

Breathable face fabric pulls moisture off your collar and lets air pass through the inner layers. It keeps the contact area dry during long periods of continuous wear.

Webbing attachment loops

Three accessory loops run along the top face, spaced about one inch apart. We gave the center point an elastic stretch section so you can clip small gear quickly.

Before you commit

Check the hardware on the bag you already own before ordering. Our fittings need a D-ring or the equivalent loop, and a sewn-in webbing tab will not take a swivel hook however strong the strap is.
