How this one is put together

Fixed cushion build

We stitched the 12.6 inch pad directly into place using memory foam, ventilated mesh, and neoprene. It stays anchored on your shoulder so you do not spend the walk pulling a loose pad back into position.

Dual balanced adjusters

Two sturdy slider buckles let you pull slack from both ends equally. This keeps the load centered over your collarbone and prevents the webbing from creeping out of adjustment under heavy tension.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5 inch wide band uses fine-fiber nylon braiding that feels smooth against clothes. We tested the weave to carry 50 kg, giving you dependable support for packed duffels or heavy tool bags.

Aluminum alloy swivels

Each end terminates in a solid aluminum alloy clasp that rotates 360 degrees to prevent twists. We double-wrapped the attachment points in nylon and leather reinforcement to protect the hardware joints.
