How this one is put together

Fixed cushion build

We stitched the 12.6 inch pad directly in place using memory foam, ventilated mesh, and neoprene. It will not slide down the webbing while you walk, giving your shoulder continuous cushion under heavy loads.

Dual balance buckles

Adjusters sit on both sides of the center pad, spanning from 44 inches to 79.5 inches total length. This two-way system keeps the padding centered over your shoulder no matter how high or low you wear the bag.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5 inch wide strap uses superfine fiber braided nylon rated to carry 50 kilograms. It feels soft against clothing, resists fraying at the edges, and settles flat across your chest without bunching up.

Aluminum swivel hardware

Solid aluminum alloy hooks rotate a full 360 degrees to prevent the webbing from twisting. We reinforced each end attachment with double-wrapped nylon and leather trim for clean stress distribution at the clip points.
