How this one is put together

Fixed memory foam pad

The shoulder pad stays stitched in place so it cannot wander down the webbing. We built the core with thick memory foam faced in neoprene and ventilated mesh, spreading heavy loads over a wider surface without bunching up against your neck.

Dual balance buckles

Adjuster buckles on both sides let you shorten or lengthen each tail independently. This keeps the fixed pad centered on your shoulder rather than pulled off to one side, holding firm under loads up to fifty kilograms without creeping.

Aluminum alloy swivel hooks

Solid aluminum alloy snap hooks clip securely onto standard bag D-rings. Full 360-degree rotation prevents the 1.5-inch webbing from twisting, while reinforced leather and nylon wraps protect the stitch points from friction wear.

Gray Flower braided webbing

Fine fiber braided nylon gives the webbing a smooth feel that resists fraying. The Gray Flower pattern breaks up utilitarian black gear bags, hiding dust and everyday scuffs under typical commute lighting.
