We cut this replacement strap to a full reach of 79.5 inches for taller frames and low crossbody carry. The webbing uses superfine fiber braided nylon tested to hold fifty kilograms. Dual adjusters let you center the fixed cushion exactly where your collarbone needs it. It clips straight onto standard D-rings.

How this one is put together

Fixed memory foam pad

We stitched the pad in place so it stays centered without sliding along the webbing. It layers thick memory foam, ventilated mesh, and neoprene to spread heavy loads across your shoulder. The cushion measures 12.6 inches long by 2.8 inches wide.

Dual adjustment buckles

A slider sits on each side of the central pad. You shorten or lengthen both ends independently from 44 inches out to 79.5 inches, keeping the thick cushion balanced on top while the bag hangs at your preferred hip height.

Braided nylon webbing

The main belt is 1.5 inches wide, woven from superfine fiber nylon that feels soft in hand while handling loads up to fifty kilograms. It resists fraying at the edges and feeds smoothly through the hardware during adjustments.

Aluminum swivel hooks

We fitted aluminum alloy snap hooks that rotate 360 degrees to prevent the webbing from twisting. Each hook base is reinforced with double-wrapped nylon and leather tabs to protect high-friction stress points from premature wear.
