We built this extra-long strap to run up to 79.5 inches end to end for taller frames and low-slung crossbody carry. Dual adjusters let you pull webbing from both ends so the fixed pad stays centered on your shoulder. How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

The thick memory foam pad is stitched directly in place with breathable mesh and neoprene lining. It will not slide down the webbing, keeping the soft 2.8-inch wide contact area right where your collarbone takes the load.

Dual adjustment slides

We put matching sliders on both sides of the center pad. You can shorten the webbing to 44 inches or extend it to 79.5 inches while keeping the padded section resting squarely over your shoulder.

Braided nylon webbing

We weave the 1.5-inch wide strap from soft superfine nylon fibers rated to support up to 50 kg. The edges stay smooth against jackets and shirts without fraying or digging into your neck under heavy loads.

Swivel alloy hardware

Each end terminates in an aluminum alloy clasp that rotates a full 360 degrees to prevent strap twists. We reinforce each anchor point with layered nylon and leather wraps around the hook base for solid hardware retention.
