The body sits flat against your spine when zipped shut, then opens out when you need to pack a charger and an extra layer. Expansion perimeter zip
Closed, the depth stays around an inch and a half to slip through crowded turnstiles. Undo the continuous outer zip and the body widens past five inches, giving you room for cables, an umbrella, and lunch.
Velvet laptop sleeve
The inner hardware sleeve uses thick foam walls backed with soft velvet to keep metal casings free of scratches. It holds 13 inch and 14 inch machines securely against the back panel so the load does not shift.
Recycled shell fabric
We weave the outer shell from recycled PET bottles to make a dense, water-resistant polyester. The surface resists scuffs, repels dirt from daily floor drops, and wipes clean with a damp rag after a wet walk.
Pocket layout
Two flat front zips take small leads and transit passes. Side pockets hold a bottle or slim umbrella, while a broad rear compartment stows A4 notebooks close to your back where hands on the subway cannot reach.

Before you commit
Hold a ruler across your own screen corner to corner before you decide. This one is cut for 13, 14 inches, and a machine with a thick bezel can eat that margin on its own. The expansion zip buys depth, not width, so a wider chassis still will not go in.
