57 inch Bag Straps with Fixed Pad for Replacement, DG02Y01
We stitch this replacement strap to fix the common problem of moving shoulder pads. The breathable cushioned section stays anchored directly in the middle while dual buckles let you balance webbing length from thirty-seven to fifty-seven inches. How this one is put together
Fixed center pad
We sew the breathable shoulder pad directly into place along the main run of webbing. Because it cannot slide down the nylon tape under load, the cushioning stays centered right where the weight presses against your collarbone.
Dual balance buckles
Two separate slider buckles allow adjustment from both ends of the strap. This keeps the pad centered on your shoulder while you set the total length between thirty-seven and fifty-seven inches to match your torso height.
Aluminum swivel hooks
We fit snap hooks cast from aluminum alloy that rotate three hundred and sixty degrees to prevent webbing twists. The wider gate opening clips cleanly over thick D-rings on tool cases, gym bags, and heavy laptop briefcases.
Dense nylon webbing
The primary strap relies on woven nylon designed to hold its adjusted length under tension. It resists fraying at the hardware attachment loops and supports loaded gear bags up to eighteen kilograms without slipping through the adjusters.
