57 inch Bag Straps with Fixed Pad for Replacement, P02K01
We built this 57-inch replacement strap to clip onto any bag with D-rings or similar anchor points. The breathable shoulder pad stays anchored in place instead of sliding up and down the webbing as you walk. Two balance buckles let you adjust the overall length from 37 inches up to 57 inches while keeping the pad centered.

How this one is put together
Fixed shoulder cushion
We stitch the soft, breathable pad directly into position on the nylon webbing. It stays over your shoulder as you move, preventing hard plastic hardware or bare webbing from digging into your collarbone under heavy loads.
Dual balance buckles
Two balanced friction clasps adjust the length from both sides independently. They hold their setting without slipping under tension, keeping the central pad level and distributing carry weight evenly across your shoulder.
Aluminum alloy swivels
The snap hooks are cast from solid aluminum alloy with a wide gate opening. Each hook rotates 360 degrees so the strap avoids twists, clipping cleanly onto thick D-rings on tool bags, briefcases, or gym duffels.
Dense nylon webbing
We use tightly woven nylon webbing that slides smoothly through the adjusters but resists fraying at the edges. It wipes clean with a damp cloth and handles regular daily hauling without stretching out.
