We built this 57 inch replacement strap to solve slipping shoulder pads on heavy laptop cases and duffels. The central cushion is fixed directly to the webbing so it stays seated on your shoulder. How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We stitch the breathable padded section directly to the nylon strap. It stays squarely over your shoulder instead of sliding down the webbing when you walk with a heavy load.

Dual balance buckles

Two balanced clasps let you shorten or lengthen the strap from both sides. The non-slip hardware holds its position securely so the webbing does not slip under uneven bag weight.

Aluminum swivel hooks

We cast the snap hooks from an aluminum alloy rated up to 18 kg. The wide jaw opening clips smoothly onto thick D-rings, and full rotation stops the webbing from twisting.

Nylon webbing build

The strap adjusts from 37 inches to 57 inches to fit varied heights. We chose dense nylon webbing that slides cleanly over clothing while resisting edge fraying over years of daily carry.
