How this one is put together
Fixed padded section
We stitched the breathable pad directly into the webbing line. It cannot slide down to your ribs or bunch against the hardware, which keeps the load spread evenly across your collarbone during long walks.
Dual balance buckles
Two adjustment points let you dial the strap length between 37 inches and 57 inches. Shortening or lengthening from both sides keeps the thick pad centered over your shoulder rather than skewed off to one side.
Metal swivel hooks
Cast aluminum alloy clips rotate a full 360 degrees to stop the webbing from twisting up. The hook mouth is sized wide enough to latch cleanly onto thick D-rings without scratching the plating.
Dense nylon webbing
The tight-woven nylon strap supports loaded briefcases and heavy tool bags up to 18 kilograms. It wipes clean with a damp rag and resists fraying along the edges as it passes through the adjustment slides.
